If you like capitalizing random words when you're typing on iOS, WonderHowTo shows off a pretty simple way to do it on iOS 8.
All you need to do is double-tap on the word you want to capitalize, hit the shift key (or hit it twice if you WANT TO TALK IN ALL CAPS), then select the capitalized version from QuickType. It works in reverse too if you want to strip away capitalization from a word. Obviously you'll need to keep QuickType on for this to work. It's a simple trick, but helpful when you need to quickly capitalize something.
